On the last day of the stronger measures to prevent the spred of the coronavirus were adopted, the number of people passing through the street was similar to September 17 when the state of emergency was lifted but stronger measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus was re-applied. The number of people who went in and out the Pachinko salon in front of the recording point was clearly less than September 17. Two staffs of the Izakaya bar which ignored the requests for shortened hours of operation were stood on the street, but they never touted: however, one group of young ladies went into the bar while I recorded this soundscape.
