September 17, 2021: Nakake-Cho(In front of Pachinko Salon)
On the first Friday after the state of emergency was lifted, but stronger measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus was re-applied to Sendai city, the number of people passing through the street was about similar to August 27 when the state of emergency was declared. On this day, the doors of a Pachinko salon, which is farther from the recording point, was left open, and the noise from the salon intruded the street all the time. The number of people who went in and out the Pachinko salon in front of the recording point was clearly less than August 27. The sign boards of the Izakaya bar which ignored the requests for shortened hours of operation were put on the street, but no staff were around there.



September 17, 2021: Nakake-Cho (In front of Mihara-Do)
This soundscape was recorded at in front of the Mihara-Do in the second block of the central street from the station. The number of people around here was about as same as August 27. People went in and out McDonald's and Gyudon (beef bowl) restaurant that offered take-out service rather frequently, like August 27. The volume of background music of the pachinko salon was quit softer than August 27.



September 17, 2021: CLIS road (in front of AEON shopping center)
This soundscape was recorded in front of AEON. The number of people passing through the street around here was clearly less than August 27. The number of people who went in and out AEON shopping center was so little: about one group per minuite. Because there were so few people on the street, the noise from a game center next to the AEON was so salient. The number of people who went in and out the game center was a little bit less than AEON.



September 17, 2021: In front of Fujisaki Department store
The number of people around Fujisaki was also similar to August 27. On this day, the background music broadcasted at Ichiban-Cho street which crosses the Sendai Central street in front of Fujisaki was the most salient sound around Fujisaki department store.
