■September 4, 2021: Sendai Station West Concourse (in front of the center gate)
On a Saturday under the state of emergency, there were many people, but clearly
less than usual days before the covid-19 issues, in the main concourse of
Sendai Station. At the market place in the concourse, Kyushu products market
named "Kyushu Products to enjoy at you home" was held. Although no seller
was touting with loud voices, many passersby enjoyed shopping.

■September 4, 2021: Sendai Station East and West Free Pass
Also, quite many people, but less than usual days before the covid-19 issues,
passed through the East and West Free Pass. Almost two third of benches were
occupied. Compared to a night
under the state of emergency, there seemed less groups of people who
were talking on the benches.
