	Memorandum ♦ On a cold Sunday afternoon, though several people passed through this park, but no one played at the park. Some students (junior high school students or senior high school students) were playing their mobile video games in the rest station at the park. ♦ Birds sang cheerfully as usual. ♦ The monitoring post (right photo) shows that the radiation level of the day was 0.141 μSv/h.
