| ♦ | When I passed through the Machi-naka Square about 10 minutes before 14:46 (the time quake occurred in 2011), the construction work at the Machi-naka Square was stopped not to make noise. |
| ♦ | On the other hand, the construntion work for the building of Fukushima Medical University located at oppoite side of the crossing still continued. |
