	Memorandum ♦ The official earthquake memorial event was held at the Fukushima Prefectural Office Square. ♦ At 14:46, the same time the quake occurred last year, a silent prayer was offered. ♦ During the silent prayer, electric generators continued making noise. ♦ After the silent prayer, a harp music was dedicated to victims of the quake.
