| ♦ | The entrance ceremony was held at this day after two years' absence: the entrance ceremony could not be held at last year because of the quake. |
| ♦ | The senior students was waiting for freshmen at the center square of the Fukushima University in order to recruit new member for their circles as usual year. |
| ♦ | However, the ceremony started one hour behind schedule because the JR trains were suspended because of the strong wind, so, what the senior students do was just waiting until the ceremony would finish. |
| ♦ | The voice from a loudspeaker in this recording says "The ceremony started one hour behind schedule because the JR trains were suspended. Therefore, freshmen will come out from the gymnasium at around 12:20." |
