	Memorandum ♦ A group of buddhist recited a charm "Namu Myo Horenge Kyo" with bead of drums at the parking area of Fukushima Prefectural Office. According to their talk after reciting, they just finished a demonstration in front of the Prefectural Office. ♦ When I walked to the Prefectural Office, suddenly, I heard the sounds of their drums, and therefore, I started recording in a hurry. So, I could not take a photo of their performance. ♦ They said that they recited the charm in front of the Prefectural Office on March 11 every year. In fact, I once recorded their performance on 11 March, 2016.
