	Memorandum ♦ The work of the day was decontamination of the U-shaped gutter around the Information Processing Center. Contaminated soil was removing by shovels, and claggy soil was removed by a high pressure water jet machine. ♦ Only two workmen used their masks, however, they only covered their jaws. ♦ The University authorities informed that "when you pass through the working area of the decontamination work, you should make detour or should wear a mask." However, no students who passed through the area wore masks. ♦ In the recording of voices of passers-by, a female student talked "Decontaminating,now. Too late."
