	Memorandum ♦ Bunka Street is one of the bar street in Fukushima City. ♦ I recorded around 8:00 pm. Before the quake, there were many people at street around the time. But now, there were a few people around there. ♦ Laughting voices were heard from a bar. People drinking at a bar are always lively, even after the quake.
