This sound was recorded on the extra rapid train as an alternative to the
Tohoku Shinkansen Express, which was suspended because of the big quake on
March 16, 2022. The train for the limited express was used for this rapid
train, so a music chime used in the limited express was used at the beginning
of and the end of the announcement. Regarding the COVID-19 related topics,
three requirements, "wear a face mask," "talk quietly," and "don't turn the
sheet" were announced.
