This sound was recorded on two days after the big quake hit on Fukushima and
the first day of train restoration. The train schedules were so disrupted
and this train departed several hours late, so this train was so full.
However, passengers took the train quietly. The order of the train
announcements was (1) the recorded usual announcement, (2) an apology
for delay, (3) stop guide and (4) the request regarding the preventation
of the COVID-19 (wear mask and not talk in loud voices), and etc: after the
apology, the order was as same as usual day.
