Because of the big quake in March 16, 2022, the Tohoku Shinkansen Express
had been suspended, and resumed operation on this day. For safety, the
Shinkansen ran slower than usual, and therefore, it was quieter than usual
inside the train so that the announcement could be heard clearly.
Regarding announcements related to the COVID-19, only Japanese version
of recording announcements were broadcasted.
