The usual order of the
announcements inside the Shinkansen is the recorded announcements
(Japanese, then English), announcements from the conductor, and the recorded
announcements related to the COVID-19. However on this day, Japanese
announcements (recorded and by the conductor) were broadcasted first, and then
English ones were done. In addition, the announcements from the Ministry of
Land, Infrastructure and Transport (usually recorded ones are used) were
made by the conductor.
