Amidst the seventh wave of the infection of COVID-19, Waraji (Japanese Sandal)
festival was held on the street in front of ex-Machi-Naka square for the
first time since the COVID-19 issues began. The man on the O-Waraji was the
mayor of Fukushima city. Compared to the festival before the COVID-19 issues
began, fewer people visited the festival, but many people saw it.
