■April 15, 2020: The main concourse (East side) of Fukushima Station
This sound was recorded at around 10:25 at the main comcourse of the station.
More passersby than those on April 10 were there, although less than those on the ordinary weekdays.
While I recorded the soundscape, several people came to the entrance of S-PAL
(the shopping center of the station) before business hours and watched the
poster which informed that the business hours was changed to from 11:00 to
19:00 since April 14 as a measure against the infection of COVID-19: this
might mean that some of the people at there were ones who came to shop at
the S-PAL and did not know the business hours were changed.
At the station, the announcement inside the train regarding the measures
against the infection of the COVID-19 was broadcasted not only inside the
train but also outside the train.
